1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

- Products showing signs of use, wear, alteration, or modification.
- Products returned without original packaging or accessories.
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.
- Gift cards, promotional items, or free gifts.

3. Handmade Product Disclaimer
Many of our products are handcrafted. Slight variations in:
- Color
- Texture
- Finish
- Size
- Wood grain
- Hand-painted details
- Natural materials
are normal characteristics of handmade products and should not be considered defects or grounds for return.
4. How to Request a Return

5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we may arrange the return pickup or reimburse reasonable return shipping charges, subject to approval.
- For returns requested for other eligible reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed by us.
6. Inspection of Returned Products
After receiving the returned item, our quality inspection team will examine the product to verify that it meets the return eligibility criteria.
Approval or rejection of the return will be communicated after the inspection is completed.
7. Refunds

Shipping charges, COD charges (if any), gift wrapping charges, or other service fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
9. Replacement
