1. Eligibility for Returns

3. Handmade Product Disclaimer

Many of our products are handcrafted. Slight variations in:

  • Color
  • Texture
  • Finish
  • Size
  • Wood grain
  • Hand-painted details
  • Natural materials

are normal characteristics of handmade products and should not be considered defects or grounds for return.

4. How to Request a Return

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we may arrange the return pickup or reimburse reasonable return shipping charges, subject to approval.
  • For returns requested for other eligible reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed by us.

6. Inspection of Returned Products
